Terms and Conditions

We know it's best to be upfront about the service we want to provide to you. There are a few things you can depend on from us and a few points we need to rely on you from in return.

The most important thing you need to do before we start work is to ensure that the area we are working in is cleared of furniture etc.

Price promise

No-one likes nasty surprises. We will quote you for the job and keep to our word on the price we’ve given. However, if the job we quoted you for originally is more then we discussed, then we may have to look at the numbers again. We will keep you informed every step of the way and you’ll see everything planned out on the quote, so there shouldn’t be any confusion.

For some jobs we may ask for an initial deposit to ensure you a slot in our installer calendar. For small jobs we ask for a 70% deposit with the balance being due on completion. For larger jobs we ask for 35% upfront, 35% halfway through and 30% at the end. We may ask for a small calendar deposit to ensure you a rough install date. We’ll set all this out in the quote we give you.


We will give you an appointment slot between two times. If we have a problem reaching you due to terrible weather, heavy traffic, sickness we’ll aim to give you as much notice as possible. It doesn’t happen often but every once in a while there could be something beyond our control.

Cancelation policy

If you need to cancel or re-arrange at the last minute, give us a call on 0121 666 7706. Please try and leave more than 24 hours before our arranged appointment time, otherwise we may have to charge a small admin fee.

Our guarantee

We will guarantee all our work for a period of 1 year after the job is complete. The only exceptions are some structural work, blocked pipes and where parts have been damaged. If you find a fault with any of the parts we have provided, we’ll happily replace them. Internal and External wall insulation has an insurance-backed 10 year guarantee through the Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA).
